Effective January 1, 2017, We Sell Cellular is pleased to offer our valued customers the following return (RMA) policy:
Any item determined to be defective can be submitted for return within 30 Days of invoice date. Once the return merchandise is received and verified, a credit will be issued for the device.
Any phone with the following defect must be requested within 14 days.
1. No Power
2. ID Lock of any kind
3. Bad LCD
4. iTunes Image
5. Bad Touch sensor
6. Apple Activation error
Any phone returned in a cosmetic condition less than the condition in which it was sold will be rejected. These items will be shipped back and the customer will be invoiced for the shipping charge.
No item will be accepted without prior authorization. All RMA#s issued are valid for 14 days. Items received after expiration will be refused. When an RMA# is issued, please ship your devices to the address above as soon as possible. Please include the RMA# on the shipping label. Customer is responsible for shipping back all devices.
We Sell Cellular values our customers and we are committed to helping customers with issues which might occur outside the parameters of our standard policy.
